Youth Protection Report 2023

The Youth Report 2023 provides information about the legal framework regarding the self-regulation and co-regulation of the protection of children and young persons. It also looks at existing guidelines of self-regulation institutions and their effectiveness and describes the current situation of access to information. Additionally, the report contains KommAustria's evaluation and reccomendation for the improvement of the effectiveness of self-regulation.
