The European Regulation on net neutrality obliges the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communication (BEREC) to issue guidelines. These guidelines were published on 30 August 2016 and updated versions were published in 2020 and on June 14, 2022. Further background information can be found here.
In this context we would like to draw your attention to the following publications: On 3 December 2019 the European Data Protection Board decided on a statement regarding net neutrality rules. On December 12, 2018, the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA) published the Guideline on assessing security measures in the context of Article 3(3) of the Open Internet regulation.
