On 12 December 2011 the Telekom-Control-Kommission adopted an amendment to the supervisory body’s Certification Practice Statement (CPS). Version 2.0 of the CPS has been valid since that date. The modifications to the CPS are listed in summary form at the beginning of the document.
On the same day, the Telekom-Control-Kommission adopted changes to the supervisory body’s Certificate Policy (CP). Version 2.0 of the CPS has since been valid. The RTR Certification Practice Statement applies to certificates issued by RTR. This CPS refers for the most part to the supervisory body’s CPS.
On 24 September 2002 the public key infrastructure went live, with the original Top certificate being issued by the supervisory body. The certificate was renewed on 13 September 2005, on 2 June 2010 and on 11 January 2012. Valid certificates issued by the supervisory body contain an advanced electronic seal, which is directly or indirectly based eitheron the current TOP certificate or on the previous version.
A revocation list is issued at regular intervals. The list contains an advanced electronic seal, which is based on a certificate issued by the supervisory body.
