Hutchison:

• With decision F1/12 of the TKK the transfer and swap of rights of use for UMTS channels between A1 Telekom Austria AG, A1 Telekom Austria and 3G Mobile has been approved.
• The merger between Orange Austria Telecommunication GmbH and Hutchison 3G Austria including the changes in ownership of Orange Austria Telecommunication GmbH (now Hutchison Drei Austria GmbH) were approved under conditions. (F6/12).
