40 GHz band

The 40 GHz band covers the frequency range 40.5-43.5 GHz. The European Commission's Implementing Decision (EU) 2024/1983 designated the frequency range "for terrestrial systems capable of providing wireless broadband electronic communications services in the Union". The EU Member States implement this decision by 31 December 2026.
