The 700 MHz band is used for 4G (LTE) and 5G (NR) and consists of 30 MHz each in the downlink and uplink, see the following figure:
The frequency band is divided among operators until 2044-12-31 as follows (award procedure 2020):
The 700 MHz band was used for broadcasting until mid-2020, which is why it is also known as "second digital dividend".
With LTE the band is called band 28, with NR it is called band n28.
