3500 MHz (2004) Auction procedure

Depending on the region, 2 or 3 frequency packages of varying bandwidths (2 x 21 MHz to 2 x 42 MHz) were auctioned off in this procedure. The auction was carried out in an open, ascending, simultaneous, multiple-round format.
