Six frequency packages from the spectrum designated for public digital cellular mobile communications systems (GSM 900, GSM 1800) under the Austrian Frequency Utilization Ordinance (Federal Law Gazette II No. 364/1998) were auctioned off in this procedure. The table below shows the channel numbers assigned to the frequency packages. The frequency channels and assigned frequency bands correspond to the Absolute Radio Frequency Channel Numbers (ARFCNs) defined in ETSI Standard TS 100 910, "Digital cellular telecommunications system (Phase 2+); Radio transmission and reception" (3GPP TS 05.05, Version 8.12.0, Release 1999), Chapter 2: "Frequency bands and channel arrangement.".
