A total spectrum of 390 MHz ranging from 3410 MHz to 3800 MHz will be auctioned. The available frequencies are auctioned on a regional basis, divided into blocks of 10 MHz each.
The auction will take the form of a simple clock auction (and any additional bidding round for unsold lots) to determine the frequency set of successful bidders in each region (award phase), followed by a bidding round, in which frequency winners bid on different combinations of specific frequency blocks that allow a mutually compatible assignment of related frequencies to the winners of spectrum in each region (assignment phase).
The detailed auction rules can be found in Annex E of the tender documents.
